CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your business and your time. To provide the best service for all clients, we kindly request the following: 1. Cancellation Notice • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 2. Late Cancellations • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. 3. No-Shows • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. 4. Late Arrivals — • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. You will still be charged for the full session. 5. Emergencies & Illness • We understand emergencies and illness happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
